 Andrew D. Petcoff has several years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as the CEO of Sycamore Specialty Underwriters and The Roots Insurance Agency.  Previously Andy worked at Conifer Holdings Inc. in a number of different capacities.  He has served as a Board Member of Conifer Holdings Inc., President of Sycamore Insurance Agency, Inc. and President of American Colonial Insurance Company, Vice President of Marketing for Conifer Holdings, Inc. and White Pine Insurance Company, and has worked for Conifer Holdings Inc. and subsidiaries since 2009.  

He served as Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter & Co from 2007 – 2009.  Prior to that, he served as Specialty Underwriter for North Pointe Insurance Company from 2005 – 2007.  He graduated with a BA in general business from Mt. St. Mary’s University in 2005 and with a M.B.A. degree from Loyola University Maryland in 2012.  Andy played lacrosse for Mt. St. Mary’s for four years and served as Captain of the lacrosse team as a Senior in 2005.
